We deliver confidence and trust through our clothing. Our aim is for fashionistas to not be afraid and to believe in their selves when wearing our pieces. We want them to be able to express who they are through our collection.

Our mission is to make it more than just another boutique. Our brand is about offering personal styling and shopping experiences, building strong relationships with our clients. We strive to make every purchase a positive experience by guarantee quality clothing with our reliable suppliers, ensuring you the best line of clothing.
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4PM Eastern Central standard time will not ship until the following Monday.
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after purchase. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 12PM EST. Orders placed after 12PM EST are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, but will definitely be shipped by the next business day.
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 12PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Orders valued at $50 or more are eligible for free shipping. This policy applies only to standard ground shipping.
You must purchase a total of $50 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: P.O. Box 9937, St Thomas USVI 00801.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
