Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Shipping 

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4PM Eastern Central standard time will not ship until the following Monday.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after purchase. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.

Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.


Express Shipping 

All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after 2PM EST are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, but will definitely be shipped by the next business day.

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 12PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.


Free Shipping 

Orders valued at $50 or more are eligible for free shipping. This policy applies only to standard ground shipping. 

You must purchase a total of $50 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Please note free shipping will only apply if your subtotal is over $50 after promotional code has been used. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All of the following items, but not limited to, are final sale items: earrings, bracelets, necklace, and gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Please note, refunds are issued for the cost of the item excluding any shipping cost. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.  We do not offer cash refunds, no exceptions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: P.O. Box 9937, St Thomas USVI 00801.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 9937, St Thomas USVI 00801.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our order processing system would use the information you fill in when checkout as the final shipping address. Please make sure address is correct. We will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery(loss/return/detain) due to an incorrect address.
